Lake Houston Methodist Church offers a spirit filled, dynamic Youth Ministry where others learn how to have a relationship with Jesus Christ and how to apply that in our lives today. Revolution Youth Ministries is a place where youth can come hang out with their friends for fun, fellowship and learning more about who we are in Christ.

We are students reaching students! Youth from 6th through 12th grade are invited to join us for Praise & Worship, Good Eats, GaGa Ball, Games & Hangtime, Music, Drama/Skits and More

During the school year, we meet for Funday Sundays 5:00-6:30pm and Worship Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm! 

Summer is just around the corner and we have two major trips planned.

Fuge June 9-15

This year we are heading to the Ouachita Baptist University for FUGE. What is fuge? Fuge is an experience no other. Awesome worship, great friends from across the nation and we will spend time serving in the city doing various projects. This has become a staple of our youth ministry with many students going 4 years or more. Want more information... ask someone who has already gone how awesome FUGE is!

UM ARMY July 14-20

All current 8-12 graders are invited to join us for U.M. ARMY the week of July 14-20. Spend one week making great friends, experiencing awesome worship, and repairing homes for those in need. This year, we will be headed to East Texas. There are limited spots available, so sign up and pay your deposit as soon as possible to guarantee space.

Sunrise Service - March 31 - The youth will once again be hosting the 7am Sunrise service on Easter Sunday March 31. All students need to arrive by 6am to set up and be ready. We will have rehearsals Sunday March 24, Wednesday March 27 and Saturday March 30.

Softball Showdown - April 28 - The Youth once again challenge the Adults to a softball showdown. This year the event is held Sunday April 28. Sign up online to purchase your t-shirt and register for the game. Proceeds go to summer youth ministry camps and trips.

Photo Scavenger Hunt April 14 - We’ll load up in cars and head across town for a photo scavenger hunt on April 14 at 5pm. Everyone will need a permission form to participate and we need adult volunteers to drive.

Mother’s Day Craft Night May 5 - This year we are making special gifts for all the moms in our church and in our lives. Bring your crafty side for this different Sunday Funday as we honor all our moms!

Confirmation and Crawfish Boil May 19 - We will celebrate Pentecost Sunday on May 19th as we welcome in our first confirrmation class in 4 years at the 11am service. Then from 3-5pm you are invited for a crawfish boil at the church. You can purchase tickets on our website. Proceeds and donations benefit summer youth ministry camps and trips.

End Of Year Bash May22 - You are in for something special as we finish off our Wednesday Nights for the spring with our end of year bash. Join us for great food and tons of fun at this outdoor event. More details to come later but you will definitely want to bring your friends to this awesome event!
