For years Lake Houston Methodist Church has brought Christmas joy to kids worldwide through OCC. Every gift-filled shoebox is a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship—transforming the lives of children and their families worldwide through the Good News of Jesus Christ! Their shoebox is the first gift many children have ever received! The treasures and personal letters inside communicate that someone cares for them and allows them to experience God's love. Our Children's Ministry at Lake Houston Methodist Church collects and assembles these special shoeboxes yearly.
NOTE: Free shoeboxes are available on the table in the gathering space for those wishing to fill a box for Operation Christmas Child. The deadline for dropping off your filled shoeboxes is November 19th. Contact Christen Thibodeaux if you have questions.
